Luma Hotel - Times Square, New York

My stay at the hotel was quite delightful. The rooms, although lacking a view, were spacious with a comfortable king bed and sofa bed. Everything was lovely and clean, very modern, and had all the necessary amenities from toiletries to a hairdryer. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. However, the service had some minor issues like the dryer only working in the bedroom area, and it took a few requests to get the complimentary teas/coffee refilled. Despite these small inconveniences, the service was still polite and useful. The location was excellent, central to all the places I planned to visit, near subway stations and with easy access to top attractions. Overall, a great value for money, considering the modern facilities and friendly staff available.
